1) Who we are

LaunchFree is a trading name of Connective (Edge) Groups Limited (Company Number 13936580). In these Terms, “we”, “us”, or “our” means Connective (Edge) Groups Limited trading as LaunchFree.

2) What LaunchFree provides

LaunchFree builds a custom website based on the information you provide during onboarding. The initial website build is provided at no separate build fee. You pay for hosting and managed service on a monthly subscription plan.

We self-host websites and provide access to manage content and requests through our platform.

3) Plans, pricing & inclusions

Current standard plans:

• ✅ Basic — £10/month — up to 5 pages, 1 change per month, no blog included.
• ✅ Medium — £15/month — up to 7 pages, changes/blog allowance as displayed on the site, free domain included.
• ✅ Growth — £20/month — up to 10 pages, 10 changes per month, blog included, free domain included.

All plans include priority support and a guided walkthrough with an account manager before launch. Plan details may be updated over time; your active subscription will follow the plan inclusions displayed at the time you subscribe, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4) Timelines & delivery

We aim to deliver websites within 5 days, and typically within 2 days depending on workload, complexity, and how quickly you respond to requests for information and feedback.

Timelines are targets, not guarantees. Delays caused by missing content/approvals, complex bespoke requirements, or third-party dependencies may extend delivery time.

5) “Changes” and fair use

A “change” typically means a reasonable update such as text edits, image swaps, section adjustments, simple layout tweaks, or content updates to existing pages.

Changes do not include major redesigns, brand-new complex functionality, ecommerce builds, advanced integrations, or large-scale copywriting beyond what’s reasonable for your plan. Where something falls outside fair use, we’ll tell you and offer a bespoke quote or suggest an upgrade.

6) Blogs and content

If your plan includes blog posts, they are provided up to your plan allowance. Blog content may require your approval and/or source material. You are responsible for confirming that any claims, statements, or regulated content are accurate and compliant.

7) Domains

Where “free domain included” applies, we will register a standard domain (subject to availability and standard domain rules). Certain premium domains, special extensions, or additional domains may cost extra.

If you already own a domain, we can usually connect it. DNS access or transfer codes may be required.

8) Bespoke websites (ecommerce, bookings, portals, integrations)

Ecommerce and advanced builds are treated as bespoke projects and will be quoted separately. If your request is bespoke, we may propose a scope, timeline, and price before we proceed.

9) Payments, billing & late payments

Subscription fees are due monthly in advance (unless agreed otherwise). If payment fails or becomes overdue, we may suspend services until the balance is cleared. Continued non-payment may result in cancellation.

If your service is suspended, your website may become temporarily unavailable.

10) Cancellation, early exit & ownership

LaunchFree is designed as a 12-month hosting subscription. After 12 months of hosting payments, you own your website outright.

Early exit option: You may leave before 12 months by purchasing the website by paying the remaining 50% of the balance for the 12-month term (calculated from your plan fees). Once paid, we will provide the website files and assist with a reasonable transfer.

Domain transfers and third-party services are subject to their own rules and may require extra steps.

11) Your responsibilities

You agree that you have the right to use any text, images, logos, and materials you provide to us. You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of your website content, including compliance with advertising rules, data protection laws, and any industry regulations.

12) Acceptable use

You must not use our services for unlawful, harmful, or abusive content, malware, phishing, spam, or anything that infringes intellectual property rights. We may suspend or terminate services immediately if we believe your usage breaches acceptable use.

13) Support

We provide priority support to all plans. Support response times may vary based on volume and complexity. Emergency support and out-of-scope work may be chargeable.

14) Refunds

Subscription payments cover hosting and ongoing managed service. Where refunds apply, they will be assessed fairly based on services already provided and any outstanding balances. Bespoke work (if quoted separately) may have its own payment terms.

15) Service availability & changes

We aim for high uptime and reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update or improve our platform and service features from time to time.

16) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including loss of profits, revenue, business, or data). Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

17) Privacy

We process personal data to provide the service (for example: contact details, onboarding information, and support requests). You should only provide personal data you have the right to share.

18) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. The latest version will be published on this page. If changes are material, we may notify you via the platform or email.

19) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales, and disputes will be handled in the courts of England & Wales, unless mandatory local consumer laws apply.
